Google uses different approach than folders. In Gmail you can create labels. With labels, you can assign a particular file to more than one label. All your mails in gmail are stored on google serves so you need not worry about space on your pc.

The new possibility of writing e-mails in Gujarati is very helpful. I have sent links to my contacts in USA who have started writing in Gujarati.
My current problem:
Google site says one can store a link in brouzer which can enable one to write mails in Gujarati directly on mail page of ANY web site. I tried but am stuck halfway. It seems very complicated. I could bring the link in brouzer but still guj fonts fail to appear in mail page. Can you discribe in simple terms how this can be done?

હું એક ગુજરાતી લેખક છું અને મેં મારાં PC પર IME Indic Gujrati (Shruti Font) ઇંન્સટૉલ કરેલ છે. ગુજરાતીમાં ખુબજ સરસ લખાય છે અને ફાઈલ Windows XP ધરાવતાં જગતનાં કોઇપણ કમ્પ્યુટર પર ખુલે છે, Internet પર પણ. શુધ્ધ ગુજરાતીમાં ચેટીંગ પણ થઈ શકે છે! મારી સમસ્યા એ છે કે આમાં (Transliteration key-board) પર Punctuation - Marks એટલે કે અલ્પ-વિરામ(,), પુર્ણ-વિરામ(.), અર્ધ-પુર્ણ-વિરામ(;), પ્રશ્નાર્થ-ચિન્હ(?) અને અવતરણ-ચિન્હ(Inverted Coma) છપાતાં નથી ( છાપવાં પ્રયત્ન કરો તો ઉભો લંબ-ચોરસ બોક્ષ છપાય!) અને દર-વખતે , Punctuation Marks માટે મારે key-board ને English માં ફેરવવું પડે છે જે થોડૂં કંટાળાજનક બની રહે છે. આ સમસ્યાનો કોઇ પાસે ઉકેલ ખરો?!!!

you need to download a proxy software called Hotspot Sheild, you can get this with download.com.

By setting proxy server, u can open some blocked websites blocked by ur the administrator of the server.

For example, in my college, administrators have blocked orkut.com, therefore I go through the proxy servers to open that site...

It consumes more time than the normal but is useful, at least for me...

Proxy server is just like using the bypass road. Suppose main highway is full of traffic then we'll use any bypass road. The same way since our main way to access the site is blocked, we use proxy server.

For mozilla firefox:
Tools-> Option-> Advanced-> Network-> Settings ->Automatic proxy configuration URL

and then type
http://www.cjb.net/proxy.pac

and click OK , OK.

For IE8:
Tools-> Option-> Connections->
Lan settings -> (checkbox)Use a proxy server for your LAN

and then type
http://www.cjb.net/proxy.pac

and click OK , OK.

All the blocked websites can be opened now.

હું વિન્ડો 7 વાપરું છું અને તંમાં યુનિકોડમાં શ્રુતિ ફોન્ટ પર ટાઈપ થઈ શકે છે. તેને એક વખત વિધિ પૂર્વક ઈન્સ્ટોલ કરવો પડે છે. એમાં બીજા ગુજરાતી ફોન્ટ તો બહુ સહેલાઈથી ડ્રેગ અને ડ્રોપ વિધિથી ઈન્સ્ટોલ કરી શકાય છે.

Thanks Ketanbhai, this was useful to me as well!
Usually Pen drives are so delicate that they get damaged very easily.
And if they are not damaged but affected with virus, then also they do not open by clicking them. In such case, we can open the pen drive by right clicking the mouse and selecting explore.

હું બુધવારે દિવસની શરૂઆત દિવ્યભાસ્કરની કળશ પૂર્તિમાં આપનો લેખ વાંચીને જ કરુ છું.

હવે, મૂળ વાત પર આવું. મારો પ્રશ્ન એ છે કે, મેં વિન્ડોઝ ઓપરેટીંગ સિસ્ટમ કમ્પ્યૂટરમાં ઈન્સ્ટોલ કરી. હવે થોડા સમય પછી તેમાં કોઈ પ્રોબલેમ આવે કે તે કરપ્ટ થઈ જાય કે તેમાં વાયરસ આવી જાય તો મારે તેને ફરીથી ઈન્સ્ટોલ કરવી પડે. પરંતુ મેં સાંભળ્યુ છે કે આખી જ સિસ્ટમનો બેકઅપ લઈ શકાય છે. જો કોઈ પ્રોબલેમ આવી જાય તો તેને રન કરતાં ફરી પાછી મૂળ સ્થિતિમાં જ આવી જાય છે. આ માટે Ghost જેવા કોઈ સોફ્ટવેરનો ઉપયોગ થાય છે. જો આપ આ બાબતે મને માર્ગદર્શન આપો તો તે મને તેમજ કમ્પ્યૂટરનો ઉપયોગ કરનાર દરેક માટે ચોક્કસથી ઉપયોગી બનશે.
વળી, મેં એવું પણ સાંભળ્યુ છે કે કમ્પ્યૂટરમાં તેની સિસ્ટમ ડિસ્ક પણ બનાવી શકાય છે, જે ડિસ્કને રન કરાવતાં તે મૂળ ઓપરેટિંગ સિસ્ટમ આવી જાય છે.
